    Referred Customer Places an Order

    Receive Your Cash Reward
    Once the referred customer has fully paid for their exquisite preserved piece, you'll receive your cash reward based on the final retail value of the partnership.

    By participating in The Petal Partnership (the "Programme"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

    1. Eligibility:

    • 1.1. The Petal Partnership is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 years or over who refer a new customer to Lucy Did This Floral Preservation ("Lucy Did This" or "we" or "us").

    • 1.2. Employees and immediate family members of Lucy Did This are not eligible to participate.

    • 1.3. Lucy Did This reserves the right to refuse participation in the Programme to any individual or business at its sole discretion.

    2. Joining The Petal Partnership:

    • 2.1. To become a partner in The Petal Partnership, individuals or businesses must apply through the designated page on the Lucy Did This website (e.g., lucydid.co.uk/petal-partnership) or via a method communicated by Lucy Did This.

    • 2.2. The application form must be completed accurately and truthfully.

    • 2.3. Upon successful application and approval by Lucy Did This, partners will be provided with a unique partner code.

    3. Referral Process:

    • 3.1. Partners must share their unique partner code with potential new customers.

    • 3.2. The referred customer must mention the unique partner code when placing their initial order with Lucy Did This (after their initial £50 deposit to secure their date). It is the responsibility of the referred customer to ensure the partner code is provided at the time of order.

    • 3.3. A referral is only deemed successful and eligible for a reward once the referred customer has:

      • 3.3.1. Placed an order for floral preservation services with Lucy Did This.

      • 3.3.2. Paid the full balance for the preserved item(s), with no cancellations or refunds processed.

    4. Partnership Rewards:

    • 4.1. Partnership rewards will be paid based on the final retail price (excluding any delivery charges or discounts) of the preserved floral item(s) purchased by the referred customer, according to the updated tiered structure outlined by Lucy Did This.

    • 4.2. The updated tiered payment structure is as follows (subject to change at Lucy Did This's sole discretion):

      • Retail price £100 - £199: £5 reward

      • Retail price £200 - £299: £10 reward

      • Retail price £300 - £499: £20 reward

      • Retail price £500 - £799: £30 reward

      • Retail price £800 or above: £40 reward

    • 4.3. Rewards will be paid to the partner via bank transfer or another mutually agreed-upon method (e.g., PayPal). The partner is responsible for providing accurate payment details.

    • 4.4. Lucy Did This aims to process partnership rewards within 30 days of the referred customer's full payment being received and cleared. Delays may occur, and Lucy Did This shall not be liable for such delays.

    • 4.5. Lucy Did This reserves the right to adjust the reward structure at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Lucy Did This website. Rewards will be honoured based on the structure in place at the time the referred customer places their initial order.

    5. Tracking and Reporting:

    • 5.1. Lucy Did This will track referrals using the unique partner codes.

    • 5.2. Lucy Did This may, at its discretion, provide partners with a method to track their successful referrals and pending payments. The availability and features of any such tracking system are subject to change.

    • 5.3. Lucy Did This's records of successful referrals and payments shall be considered final and binding.

    6. Marketing and Promotion:

    • 6.1. Partners agree not to engage in spamming, unsolicited mass emailing, or any other unethical or illegal marketing practices when promoting their partner code.

    • 6.2. Partners must ensure that all representations made about Lucy Did This and its services are accurate and in line with information provided by Lucy Did This.

    • 6.3. Lucy Did This reserves the right to disqualify any partner found to be using inappropriate or misleading promotional methods, and any pending rewards may be forfeited.

    7. Modification and Termination:

    • 7.1. Lucy Did This reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

    • 7.2. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the Lucy Did This website. Continued participation in the Programme after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    • 7.3. In the event of termination of the Programme, Lucy Did This will honour rewards for referred customers who completed their purchase (full payment received) before the termination date.

    8. Liability:

    • 8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucy Did This shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, indirect, consequential, or economic loss) arising from or in connection with participation in the Programme.

    • 8.2. Lucy Did This makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Programme or its potential benefits.

    9. Data Protection:

    • 9.1. By participating in the Programme, partners consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with Lucy Did This's Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

    10. Tax Implications:

    • 10.1. Partners are responsible for determining and complying with their own tax obligations arising from participation in the Programme and the receipt of rewards.

    • 10.2. Lucy Did This may be required by law to collect and report tax information for partners. Partners agree to provide any necessary information requested by Lucy Did This for tax reporting purposes.

    • 10.3. Lucy Did This is not responsible for providing tax advice to partners. We recommend consulting with a tax professional for guidance.

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    • 11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    • 11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  

    12. Entire Agreement:

    • 12.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the partner and Lucy Did This concerning the Programme and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.  

    By applying to and participating in The Petal Partnership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
